Off of the Vip stir-fry vegetables package.
- 1 pkg stir-fry vegetables(14oz)
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 12 oz (2 cups) cubed chicken
- 8 oz can pineapple chunks
Heat oil in wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; stir-fry 2-3 minutes. Add veggies, stir-fry3-4 more minutes. Fold in pineapple. Heat thoroughly.
