Procedure:

Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper. Take a large skillet add the olive oil and heat over medium-high until you see the first wisps of smoke. Add the chops and brown on all sides. (<4 min)
Reduce heat to medium add garlic and wine. Cook until the wine evaporates, turn the chops once or twice. (~3min)
Add stock turn heat to low, cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Chops should be tender and very slightly pink inside. Remove the chops and add the butter and lemon juice. Turn heat to high, and stir, while scraping th pan. Allow the sauce to reduce SLIGHTLY. Pour over the chops.
