Off of the Vip stir-fry vegetables package.
- 1 14oz package stir-fry vegetables
- 8 oz lean pork, thin sliced
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
Combine pork and soy sauce in medium bowl.
Heat oil in wok or skillet over medium high heat.
Add pork; stir-fry 1 min. Add vegetables; stir-fry 3-4
minutes. Serve hot.
Makes 4 servings.
