You will need:

Procedure:

Mix flour and salt together and form into a volcano.
Beat the eggs and oil together in a small bowl.
Pour mixture into the caldera.
Working from the outside in, gradually work the flour and egg mixtures together.
Once you have dough, wrap in plastic and allow to rest, in the fridge for about a half hour.
Remove from the fridge, and let warm to room temp, about 5 min.
Roll to 1/2 inch thick divide into thirds.
For each third, roll to 1/16 in, lightly flour to keep from sticking
Cut as desired.

For fettucine:
Fold strip lengthwise to be easier to handle.
Cut into 1/4 inch strips, hang to dry.
