- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 lb Sausage
- 1-2 Eggs
- 2 Tbsps Dried Onions
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Cup Flour
- 1 1/3 Cups Beef Broth
- Salt
- Pepper
Mix everything except the beef broth together in a large bowl; mix well.
Heat the beef broth is a wide pot over high heat, until not quite boiling.
Roll small handfuls of the meat mixture into balls, and gently drop into the just boiling broth.
Turn heat to medium and cover.
Cook meatballs for 15-20 min; until done. Turn halfway through.
