You will need:

Procedure:

Mix cornstarch into cold water, or broth. Heat to boiling and then allow to cool.


Heat the broth in a medium sauce pan until almost,
but not quite boiling. Beat the egg until frothy.
Then, slowly stir the broth and very slowly pour the
egg in. The egg should cook and "flower".
