Procedure:

Preheat oven to 325°F. In a small saucepan combine cranberries, orange marmalade, and 2 Tbsp water.Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer uncovered 8-10minutes or until cranberries pop, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, cut bread into 1-inch pieces. Place in ungreased 8x8 baking pan.

In medium mixing bowl stir together eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla. Stir in cranberry mixture. Pour over bread.

Bake 50-55 minutes or until a knife inserted near thecenter comes out clean. Cool slightly. Serve warm, withwarm caramel sauce.
