Found online by searching for beer batter recipe.
I think the site was fishex.com or something...
- 1 can Beer
- 1 1/2 Cups Flour
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
Mix well.
Heat about 2 inches of oil to 375°F.
Coat whatever is to be battered in flour,
dip into the batter and then cook in the oil until done.
